BetPro360 Terms & Conditions – Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

By accessing, registering on or using the BetPro360 website and associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the player, and BetPro360. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all areas of BetPro360, including sports betting, cricket betting, crash games such as Aviator and JetX, card games, live dealer games, promotional offers and the refer-a-friend programme. Using any one of these services means you accept the entirety of these Terms, not just the section most relevant to what you are doing at that moment.

To open and use a BetPro360 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BetPro360 does not permit anyone under 18 to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must not be accessing BetPro360 from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legal status of online betting in your location.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as a representative, agent or nominee of any other individual or entity.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period on BetPro360 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or close family member of a BetPro360 employee in a role connected to betting operations, odds-setting or platform management.

BetPro360 may request proof of age at any point. If you are unable to provide satisfactory verification that you meet the minimum age requirement, your account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals will be held pending investigation. Stakes placed by underage players will be refunded in full; any winnings will be forfeited.

Each individual player is entitled to register and maintain only one BetPro360 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device or the same payment method — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being reviewed or voided.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address where applicable. BetPro360 is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided at registration. If your registration details change at any point — for example if you change your primary mobile number — you must update your account information promptly.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BetPro360 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. BetPro360 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. Any activity that occurs on your account — whether or not you personally initiated it — is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to us as soon as you became aware of it.

• Use a strong, unique password for your BetPro360 account.
• Enable two-factor authentication if available in your account settings.
• Log out of BetPro360 when using shared or public devices.
• Contact support immediately at support@betpro360.ws if you suspect unauthorised access.

BetPro360 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. BetPro360 does not charge a fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All funds deposited into your BetPro360 account must come from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits into your account from a third party, is prohibited. Funds derived from illegal activity must not under any circumstances be deposited on BetPro360.

Deposits are typically credited to your BetPro360 balance instantly or within a few minutes. If a deposit does not appear within thirty minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number. BetPro360 reserves the right to reject a deposit if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or money laundering.

You may request a withdrawal of available PKR funds from your BetPro360 account at any time. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. BetPro360 processes withdrawal requests within minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within the same business day for IBFT bank transfers.

Before processing a withdrawal, BetPro360 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) as described in Section 9 of these Terms. This is particularly likely for larger withdrawal amounts or where account activity has triggered an automated risk review. Document requests will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal can be processed.
• BetPro360 does not charge a standard withdrawal fee; provider-side fees are beyond our control.
• In exceptional circumstances, withdrawal processing may take longer due to bank holidays, payment provider downtime or compliance reviews.

All bets placed on BetPro360 — whether on cricket, football, other sports, crash games, card games or any other category — are subject to these general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between a general rule and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule takes precedence.

Once a bet is confirmed on BetPro360, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless the platform specifically offers a cash-out feature for that particular market, in which case the cash-out Terms apply. Bets placed in error — wrong selection, wrong stake amount — are your own responsibility once confirmed.

BetPro360 reserves the right to void any bet placed in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after an event had already concluded or after the relevant market had closed, due to a technical error.
• The odds or terms of the bet were clearly incorrect due to a pricing error and a reasonable person would have identified the error as such.
• The event is cancelled, abandoned or rescheduled in a way that satisfies our void criteria for the relevant sport.
• There is reasonable evidence that the bet was placed with knowledge of inside information or in coordination with match-fixing activity.

In cricket, a match that does not complete the minimum number of overs required to produce a result under DLS or equivalent rules will typically result in most markets being voided and stakes returned. For T20 matches at BetPro360, the minimum overs threshold is as defined by the ICC or the relevant tournament's playing conditions.

BetPro360 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits and refer-a-friend rewards. Each promotion has its own specific Terms which are published alongside the offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the Terms of any promotion before participating.

General bonus rules applicable across all BetPro360 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any related winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated on the promotion page.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household and per device unless stated otherwise.
• BetPro360 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions already claimed and actively being wagered will be honoured under their original Terms.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, hedging bets to extract bonus value or using bonuses in a way that exploits an obvious error — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.
• Refer-a-friend rewards are paid once the referred player has completed the minimum qualifying activity as specified in the refer-a-friend Terms on the Refer a Friend page.

BetPro360 is committed to providing a fair and enjoyable platform for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Match Fixing & Corruption: Placing bets on sporting events using inside information obtained from players, team officials, match officials or anyone with privileged access to information that is not publicly available.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated tools or any software that places bets faster than is humanly possible, or that exploits technical vulnerabilities in BetPro360's pricing engine.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer games or any scenario where player decisions affect the outcomes available to others.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first raising the issue with BetPro360 support. Fraudulent chargebacks may be pursued through legal channels.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to use your BetPro360 account, or using another person's account — even a family member's — to place bets.
• Money Laundering: Using BetPro360 as a vehicle to launder funds obtained illegally. BetPro360 has full anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in place and cooperates with relevant authorities.

BetPro360 is required to verify the identity of players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. This process protects both players and the platform against fraud, identity theft and financial crime. You may be asked to complete verification at any time, and certain account actions — including withdrawals above specific amounts — may be restricted until verification is complete.

Standard identity verification on BetPro360 may require:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Pakistani CNIC, passport or driving licence).
• A proof of address document dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement).
• A selfie holding your ID, or other biometric verification as requested.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits or withdrawals.

All documents submitted for verification are handled in accordance with BetPro360's Privacy Policy. Documents are reviewed by our compliance team and are not shared with third parties except where required by law. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission, and you will be notified via your registered contact details once the review is complete.

In summary, BetPro360 uses your personal information to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, personalise your experience and communicate with you about your account and available promotions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

• Loss Limits: Cap your maximum losses over a defined period to protect your budget.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from BetPro360. During a self-exclusion period, you cannot access your account, place bets or claim bonuses. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

BetPro360 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and without error, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times. BetPro360 shall not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, delays in bet settlement or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

BetPro360 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through betting. Betting involves risk and you may lose money. It is your decision to place bets, and BetPro360 does not provide financial advice or betting tips. Any strategy information published on the platform is for general guidance only and does not constitute a guarantee of any outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BetPro360's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.

BetPro360 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months (inactive account maintenance charges may apply after this period).
• At your own request, including for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.

In the event of account closure following a breach by the player, BetPro360 reserves the right to retain any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the retained balance will be returned to you via your original payment method. Where a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting BetPro360 support. Upon closure, any real-money balance (above the minimum withdrawal threshold) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided there are no outstanding compliance holds on the account.

BetPro360 may revise, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via their registered email address or via a notification displayed at login. For minor changes — such as clarifications of existing language or corrections of typographical errors — we may update the Terms without direct notification.

The date shown at the top of this page ("Last updated") reflects when the current version of the Terms was published. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of BetPro360 after any amendment has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should cease using the platform and request account closure before the revised Terms take effect.
